The End of an Era
Since 2004, they have been more than just a fixture of Berlin’s cultural scene – they have been an unmistakable symbol of international entertainment right in the capital: the Blue Man Group. With rhythmic precision, technical finesse, and no words at all, the three blue performers have thrilled audiences from all over the world for more than two decades – right here, at the Stage Bluemax Theater, in the heart of Potsdamer Platz.
But on August 31, the curtain rises for the final act. After 21 years, the Blue Man Group takes its leave from Berlin, and from the iconic venue it has shaped for so long. Yet the curtain will not fall.
A New Chapter Begins at the Stage Bluemax Theater

Starting in fall 2025, the ShowSlot Group will move into the Stage Bluemax Theater with fresh energy and a big musical lineup, bringing an entertaining and emotional program to the stage. Potsdamer Platz will remain what it has always been: a stage for the big moments. The upcoming schedule sparks anticipation for great music, new voices, and plenty of emotion:
