Art is not created at the moment of completion. It lives in the hours leading up to it — in the sketches, failed attempts, decisions and happy coincidences that no finished work can ever fully reveal. The Placebo Collective invites you to take a look right at the heart of it all.
From 10 to 13 September, the collective will be taking over the entire first floor with an open art space that focuses on the creative process. Artists from the worlds of music, fashion, performance and other disciplines will be opening up their toolboxes — not to exhibit finished works, but to reveal the invisible work behind them. The unseen hours of work, the experimental detours, the failures and the process of rethinking.
The space is open to the public: to look around, ask questions, learn and be inspired. Whether you pop in briefly or stay for the whole afternoon — you’re welcome.
The event will conclude with a final live performance on 13 September from 7 pm to 10 pm, during which the boundaries between process and result will finally blur and the outcome will be celebrated together.
