The menu features everything that makes sense on a summer evening. Sea bass ceviche, mozzarella di bufala with tomatoes and crispy strawberries, poke bowls with hamachi, salmon or crispy tofu for the plant-based crowd. Plus fresh oysters with yuzu caviar, because a little glamour never hurt anyone.

If you prefer something heartier, head to the live grill station. Flank steak, Ibérico pluma and octopus, fresh off the fire. To round things off, there are light white desserts, perfectly in tune with the dress code and that feeling that you could still dance after the last bite.
