The showroom is a joint project of the Mittelstand-Digital Center for Commerce, the German Retail Association e.V. (HDE), and the EHI Retail Institute. Here, retailers can learn how to make the modern shopping experience more attractive to their customers through the use of digital technologies.
Another highlight is the sales robot [Gisela] (https://www.potsdamerplatz.de/en/stores-food-drinks/retail-garage-workerbot) from Robots&Girls GmbH. As the first humanoid sales robot in Germany, visitors can experience how she carefully assembles and sells small 3D toy robots made of sturdy cardboard, the so-called Toybots. Open from Monday to Sunday around the clock in the retail GARAGE!
The showroom offers guided tours, events, and workshops on 300m², and can be rented for your own retail events.
