Goldies' journey began in 2017 as a small French fries shop in Kreuzberg. But founders Vladislav Gachyn and Kajo Hiesl, who both have culinary roots in high-end Michelin-starred restaurants, had a bigger vision: to take fast food to a new level. They've made a name for themselves with their legendary smashburgers, homemade sauces and pickles, and have won over the hearts (and taste buds) of the Berlin food scene and beyond.
