Carefully and freshly prepared pizza is a passion here. Two brothers from Kansas started Pizza Hut in 1958. Their $600 start-up capital was borrowed from their mother and the working equipment was second-hand, but brothers Frank and Dan Carney hit the bull's eye in 1958 when they opened their first pizza restaurant. Today, more than 50 years later, there are more than 13,000 Pizza Hut locations in over 100 countries around the world.
