New autumn delights and festive winter magic at the Grand Hyatt

With a new seasonal menu at VOX Restaurant & Bar and a festive partnership with Laurent-Perrier, the end of 2026 is set to be particularly festive at the five-star hotel Grand Hyatt Berlin.

The new autumn menu at VOX

Since 12 October, VOX Restaurant & Bar has been serving its new autumn menu. Head chef Marcel Niessen and his team are focusing on what makes VOX special: top-quality ingredients, classic dishes with a modern twist and subtle Asian influences.

The menu combines comforting yet elegant flavours. Duck with port-soaked figs, pumpkin soup and the popular truffle risotto form the classics, complemented by creative seasonal touches such as the beef tonnato. Meat lovers will be in their element at the lava stone grill, with dishes such as the beef fillet or the New York strip. The restaurant’s Asian flair is evident in the Tom Kha Gai soup and the grilled salmon with ponzu. There’s also the iconic sushi counter and a sophisticated dessert menu, the highlight of which is the green apple and honey mousse with croissant ice cream.

In short: quality comes first, combined with a dash of creativity. Regulars are already familiar with this promise, and those curious to try it can now discover it for themselves.

Christmas Magic: Laurent-Perrier and the Grand Hyatt Berlin

From 28 November to 27 December, the terrace outside Le Petit Chef will be transformed into a festive winter wonderland, in collaboration with Laurent-Perrier. Amidst decorated Christmas trees, guests can make themselves comfortable in the Laurent-Perrier lounge chairs.

On offer are sophisticated takes on classic Christmas market specialities: winemaker’s mulled wine, culinary delicacies and, of course, champagne. The Christmas terrace is open from Thursday to Sunday, from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. It can also be booked exclusively for private events.
